Select the ELIGIBILITY SURVEY button below to begin the survey. Your answers help us determine if you are eligible for one of our current studies. It should take approximately 30 minutes.

What should you expect after submitting the eligibility survey?

If your answers indicate that you may be eligible for a current study, a researcher will contact you by email or phone.

If your answers indicate that you are not eligible for a current study, you will not be contacted at this time. However, we are constantly beginning new research studies and may contact you in the future with another opportunity to participate.

If you are an adult between the age of 50 and 80, we may invite you to our center at UCSF Mission Bay for an initial assessment. You will be asked to complete a series of cognitive tasks. This will take approximately 2.5 hours and you will be compensated for your time. If you meet the criteria for one of our studies, a researcher will contact you by email or phone to invite you to participate.

If you are having trouble accessing this survey or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at Participate.Neuroscape@ucsf.edu. Regardless of participation, all survey answers will remain confidential.
