MEC Study

The Neuroscape Center at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is recruiting for an online research study to examine the impact of digital interventions on cognitive skills like attention and memory.

We are looking for adults (18-59 years old) who meet the following criteria:

  • Are fluent in English
  • Have normal or corrected-to-normal vision and hearing
  • Have no history of neurological or psychiatric disorders
  • Have daily access to a computer, tablet, or mobile device with an internet connection
  • Do NOT currently meditate (once or more per week)
  • Do NOT have > 5 years of musical experience (both formal training or informal practice)

You will play 30 sessions of an intervention game over 6 weeks, for 30 minutes a day 5 days per week. Before and after the intervention, you will complete cognitive testing on a laptop or desktop.
