Dana Miller-Cotto is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Neuroscape Research Center at the University of California, San Francisco, where she works with Dr. Melina Uncapher. Prior to joining the Neuroscape Research Center, Dana was a postdoctoral research associated at the Learning Research and Development Center (LRDC) at the University of Pittsburgh collaborating with Dr. Christian Schunn. Dana's research lies at the intersection of cognitive science, development, and education. She aims to understand the role of early learning opportunities, either at home or in school, and how they promote or inhibit math learning and growth in executive functions. Dana completed her doctorate in Educational Psychology under the supervision of Dr. James Byrnes at Temple University in 2017.
